Spencer &.). He married DORCAS LUCINDA LOVE September 13, 1848 in Pickens County, Alabama, daughter of JOHN LOVE and ELIZA MCDOWELL. She was born January 26, 1826 in Alabama (Source: Texas Widow's Confederate Pension Record, A6019.), and died March 24, 1918 in Coldspring, San Jacinto County, Texas.
